This is an easy recipe you can make with the kids.
You make your own apple sauce or get a good organic one.
Give each child their own little bowl, let them spoon out about 1/2 a cup of apple sauce to their dish.
Let them drizzle a spoon of real maple syrup on top.
Then let them sprinkle on the cinnamon.
Let them finish it with a couple of spoons of granola.
You can use home made Granola or buy a good one with no preservatives.
